In front of the house thereis a grotto with chimsey for outdoor barbecues. The house is in a beautiful park of palm trees. A parkingplace is available.

for those who like the typical Ticino style set in a park of palm trees. In spite of being centrally located, the neigbourhood is very quiet. The pulic beach is two minutes away by foot. Behind the house, a path leads to the village of Ronco (half an hour by foot).
