Casa Anda, in which the apartment is located, is the topmost house of Residenza Bettina and is in a particularly romantic and idyllic setting. A special highlight is the splendid view of the lake. Casa Anda is only 1 minute from the lake in a central location and yet is in a small world of its own. There are around 60-70 steps from the elevator exit to the house.
